What is the return policy?
We always encourage customers to contact us directly if there is an issue with an order. We are happy to review concerns, arrange returns where appropriate, and work toward a fair resolution. Please note that items must be returned as part of the refund process.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
